Need help finding motherboard

I need a mother board with: 

4x240pin DDR2

8gb Max memory

2 pcie x16 

Socket 775

4-6 sata ports

SLI

(Preferably onboard lan and sound but if not no biggie) 

 

Other Parts I Will Be Using

2x EVGA Nvidia 8800 gtx

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550

3x 120gb ssds

1x 1TB HDD

750w platinum(im not sure on judging what power supply i need so if anyone knows what i should get tell me)

Thermal Compound

4x 2gb ddr2

COUGAR MX200

Your paying 100+ for a good board like this. Old mobo seem to keep value pretty well compared to cpus.

I found a 775 socket board for 180$ CAN on newegg. lol

I bought my z97 board for 150$ CAN
