Hey LTT Forums! I'm helping a friend build a computer at a ~1200 USD budget. I've come up with two builds here, and am wondering which one would have better performance.

As a reference, my friend programs and is a CS major, and prefers to game on a 1080p monitor.

Intel/Nvidia build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/RmnV4C

AMD Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/shellfire/saved/rkXP6h

Thanks!
