Led strips

i dont know what sub forum to put this in so i put it here.  so im moving houses and i get a larger room and i want to have rgb strips in my computer and on my desk so i could change the lighting of the room to red blue stuff like that. is there any led strip long enough to do that? does this sound like a good idea?

They are usually connectable so you can make it as long as you want.

Well that's up to you. You can make your desk look cool, I would just recommend not having the LED strips somewhere where it will become distracting when you're on the computer. I've seen some people put the strips behind their desk so it lights up the wall behind.

If you don't mind DIY'ing a little you can get a kit from Amazon or Ebay and sun a cable out of the case to around the desk.
