I have an AOC G2460P, today I received my MSI GTX 1070 FE. After installing the card and dealing with driver problems, I now have the latest drivers and my 2 monitors working. The AOC monitor is not outputting 144hz like it should be though. The only options I get are for 50, 59 and 60hz. I've tried custom resolution and that got me to 100hz, then reverted within minutes. The monitor was outputting 144hz successfully with my Direct CUII GTX 760 previously. If anyone can help, thanks :)

use DDU to get rid of all of the graphic drivers and reinstall the new ones. usually that is the issue.

EDIT: Also I know it kinda does and does not matter but what display port are you using? VGA, DVI, HDMI?

I vote for doing a complete reinstall of the drivers. I had a similar issue with my ASUS panel that runs at 144Hz, and reinstalling my drivers fixed the issue.
