New build or you had already build this?

If this is a new build, then either change out the processor to the i5 4690 or the motherboard to a Z97 chipset. The 4690K can't overclock in the b150 motherboard. Add in a 250GB 850 evo. And change the GTX970 to something newer like the GTX1060 or GTX1070.

If you had build it already, then either sell away the motherboard and get a Z97 mobo or sell away the chip and get the I5 4690. And add an SSD.
