Best budget tablet option?

I have been looking around for a cheap tablet which I would use for media consumption - Twitter, Twitch, daily news, movies and so on. I found about Fire 7 tablet for about 50 euros but sadly it can't be shipped to my homeland. What are my options now? I don't wanna spend much money since I will be using only few hours a day. I would prefer 7 inch tablet, but could be a bit bigger than that and I am open about buying some chinese product if it's good enough.
