The HTC one M8 isn't bad

Oneplus two is another option,

Im only assuming you want it new

Sorry but both of those phones aren't that good.  The HTC has a bad display and camera.  It overheats and throttles heavily.  Battery life also isn't good.  Not to mention poor hardware quality.  By the time I got rid of my M8 after 2 years the selfie camera didn't work, the camera didn't autofocus, the battery was on its last legs due to overheating, the boomsound speakers were worn out, and the charger port didn't work properly.  Stay away from HTC!!!!!  The One Plus 2 wasn't bad but it had an underclocked cpu.

I would recommend the Galaxy S5 too. I've had this phone for about a year and its worked great. I bought mine off Amazon, refurbished, for about $185 and the only problem that I had initially was with the battery. Since the Galaxy S5 has a removable back, I just bought a new battery and it looked and worked good as new.  When I look for a phone, I usually look for one that is feature rich, followed by performance; probably a little different than most people. The S5 is water resistant, has a removable battery, expandable storage, fingerprint reader, heartbeat sensor, IR blaster, NFC, USB 3.0 port, Amoled screen, a pretty good camera, etc. Some of these features are gimmicky, like the heartbeat sensor (almost never used this), but I like to have a phone that is essentially a jack-of-all-trades so I went with it. One thing I have to say though, is that Touchwiz (the Galaxy S5 Android interface) is awful, at least in my opinion. It feels really slow on the S5 and I didn't like how it wasn't very customizable. If you do decide to get this phone, I would recommend that you either root the phone and put a custom rom on it or use a custom launcher for a better experience. The build also isn't very premium. If you want a metal finish, this is not your phone; though you probably won't find a phone with as many features at this price point.
