Is this a GPU Crash

So I have an EVGA GTX 760 SC that I bought used from a buddy about a year ago, now it crashes on almost all games. Usually the screen will go black, audio will loop or continue to play for a bit, and then my pc will either restart, or if i can alt+tab out fast enough and close the program, ill get a warning such as "yadda yadda geforce driver crashes yadda was found again" or something along those lines. I have tried multiple driver versions with clean installs using DDU.

Is this a GPU problem, I need to know soon before I go and buy a new one, it is not an overheating problem, just the fact that it is old.'

-win10 64 bit

-AMD FX6300 processor

-EVGA 760 SC

-500w PSU (i do not overclock)

-16 gb ddr3 ram

-Asus mobo

760 is not old. I am using one. Most likely gpu

that's a TDR error - video driver got restarted because "something"

you can disable TDR with this: http://www.wagnardmobile.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8&sid=c94bfbc74f0d41705502a247fab32e3e

 

but, keep an eye on it - if system freezes or you have BSODs, artifacting or anything out of the ordinary, that video card could be busted

Your driver is pretty old. I updated to 372.something 3 weeks ago or so. Try updating your driver and trying again

It depends on the gpu. I have 373.06 update for my GTX 760 a week ago so it is not that old

368.25 came out in may, and it is october now, so 5 months. going by that timeline, that puts the release of 364.10 at about january/february, nearing a year old. the NVIDIA website doesn't go back that far under driver search

and 368.51 came out in august

So I know that the 760 isn't that old, only about 3 years, but I have tried the newest driver, the oldest, and everything in between. I originally bought it from someone who essentially abused his components, so I got it for cheap. I am going to get a new graphics card.
