H7 should come with thermal compound. Cryorig's is actually very good. It's the same as the Arctic Silver.

i know it comes with thermal compound, but imma buy it for safety if something happens or if this thermal paste is better. thnx for the reaction though!

Okay, I saw it. I'd recommend changing the PSU, not because it's good, Because it's too much wattage. I'd recommend a 550w-650w From EVGA

It comes with a whole tube, the same as the Arctic Silver. It's pretty high quality. The arctic silver is very old and will perform equal or worse.

More wattage isn't always THAT bad. That's a really good PSU btw, on par with the EVGA G2 series. And... don't just say EVGA, they make a WIDE range of PSU's.
