Logitech G27 on Win10

Hello,

 

Ever since the anniversary update I have trouble getting my G27 to work properly. Device Manager gives yellow exclamation mark and trying to update gives "This action requires interactive window station." error (or whatever it is called).

 

My PC specs are in the signature. Clean format and install was made after the update. Then I installed Logitech Gaming Software 5.10 (if I'm not mistaken, the latest for G27 on Logitech support website). Connected the wheel (all connectors are connected) and then proceeded for the detection. Result - nothing was found by the Gaming Software, Device Manager gives error as said above. I have attempted to use G25 and G29 drivers - G29 gives partial functionality - steering works somewhat, pedals also, no button response. Configuration is not possible (not even newer Logitech Gaming Software, that is used for new G-series gaming devices).

 

Has any of you ran into this issue and been able to fix this? If not...am I pretty much done with it?

I used to have it working before the anniversary update and also on 8.1, but this has been quite a headache.

I'll test. Mine worked fine, but I just did the anniversary update, have not tested it yet.

I'll report back.

I had this happen to me as well a while back. You need to uninstall the Logitech gaming software and reinstall it, allowing it to detect the wheel as part of the install process.
