Will it SLI?

I've currently decided on the Zotac GTX 1070 AMP! Extreme. It's a very big card, and I don't know if I will be able to do SLI with two of them in the future.

Here are my other parts (not bought):

 

Mobo: MSI Z170 SLI PLUS

Case: Zalman Z9 Neo (Black)

 

Will I have room? And will I need to get a brace for the cards if I do SLI?

Yep, you should have room. Shouldn't be any need for a brace.

There seems to be plenty of room between the 2 PCI-E slots, however PSU might interfere with the bottom one.

Well, I'm also getting a PCIe x1 Wifi card. Forgot to mention that. Also... the Zalman doesn't have brace mounts, and the Zotac cards are supposedly pretty heavy... so... worried about the mobo.

those aren't his GPUs, or motherboard. Those are even reference coolers; the cards he is getting are much bigger,

You should be fine, as long as you don't use the 980ti zotac hybrid monster, so you should be ok

Will they block any of the PCIe or other ports/slots?

Since I might run in SLI, and PCPP says in SLI my system will do 733W. Is a 750W PSU enough then? or do I have to get a different PSU?

I think your PSU would still be fine provided its of decent quality.

Should I buy an 850 PSU in case of other gadget upgrades and stuff? But then again, I'm not going SLI right off the bat.

I think the 750w would be fine, I would wait and see before spending the money.

It is a card that luke reviewed a year ago. It was so big and heavy, ot needed a cane. Just make sure you get good sized cards that fit.
