Correct PSU and Wattage

Wondering if this model is the tier 1 PSU listed in the LTT PSU Tier List: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/400-Watt-Corsair-Vengeance-400-Non-Modular-80--Bronze_1031394.html
Would 400w be enough to power an i3-4130 and an RX480/470 along with 1 SSD and 1 HDD and 8GB of DDR3. Allowing me to upgrade to an i5-6400 and new motherboard in the future, or should I get the 500W version.
Also considering the Deepcool DQ550ST. Thanks guys, really informative forum.

That PSU is very good, go ahead and get it, the Corsair one.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
