Do you use flash (cameras)

I only use them if it is a really important moment. For example, taking pictures with celebrities in a wedding. In a llightly lit place like that, flash will guarantee you the picture. But usually, no... Never use flash.

I use it as my lighting on my green screen causes a halo without a nice flash... Photoshop is always a way to hide the halo of death though...
