OC FPS Gaming/Workstation Build

FRN

1. Budget & Location

My budget is around Php 70-75,000. Location is in the Philippines, alhough some of the parts will be bought in Amazon via relative then sent to me, some will be bought in the link below:

https://tipidpc.com/useritems.php?username=PCHub

2. Aim

I want to play FPS games in 144hz like CSGO, Call of Duty, Dota 2 (sometimes), and Tomb Raider: Rise of the Tomb Raider. More than 60 FPS preferably. I have no intention of doing SLI/Crossfire. I'm also looking to use the rig as a development machine using Java so I'd like to overclock it to get every ounce of performance possible.

3. Monitors

A single 1080p monitor will do. Like I said, I'll play FPS so I want it smooth on 144hz.

4. Peripherals

I already have a keyboard and mouse. Windows too.

5. Why are you upgrading?

My old rig is already 4 years old and I have a crappy 738p monitor. Sold my old rig for money. I already bought a Cryorig H7 for overclocking and an extra WD Caviar Blue 1TB Drive.

I have a build part list I'd like you to check out. Please also note that the parts are limited here in PH, so I'm asking for a relative's help in sending over stuff from US.

Plzz change the graphics card, rx 480 will do 1080p gaming, but won't give you more than 60fps with all eye candy turned on, on some games and a 144hz monitor is a waste of money when paired with this card, get a gtx 1070 or at least gtx 1060 6gb version and overclock it. Rx 480 is not a good overclocker, where as pascal GPU overclock like a beast. Or since motherboard chosen is a nice one, get 2x rx480 in crossfire to match a gtx 1080 when crossfire works, at a much lower price than 1080. For now gtx 1060 is your sweet spot for the budget, but get a gtx 1070 if u can.

Happy gaming :-)

Now I'm getting the GTX 1070 since the RX 480 seems like a waste of money if I'm getting a 1080p 144hz monitor.
