Windows 7 no longar booting!

So my windows 7 drive gets to the window and the flying color balls then a very short blue screen and a restart. i cant see what it says on the blue screen but i have tried windows start up repair and that didn't work and i tried a system restore and that didn't work either.

The only change i have made to the computer is i have just installed Pinguy OS to another drive (unplugged all my other drives first) and now my windows drive wont boot. i can see the drive in Pinguy and get to all my files etc, it just wont boot.

The drive no longer shows in my boot options in the BIOS but it does show on system start and then boot options.

Any help would be appreciated, TIA
