Hi all,

So in the near future I will be going on a trip and not bringing my laptop. Is there a way that when my iPhone storage gets full to transfer the photos and videos on my iPhone to a 64gb USB? Is there a adapter of some sort that does that and also when I get it can I choose which photos to put on the usb and which I can't? I only want to transfer my photos and video's on it, not my notes and games. Thanks in advanced!

No experience with it/how it works but I know Lighting flash drives are a thing now

I already have the USB, I just need the adapter

I think you need a specific Lighting flash drive in order for this to work, not just an adapter to a generic one.

No.

You can use Apple's camera connection kit. It is intended for connecting cameras, but as cameras generally only appear as USB storage, it will work for a USB hard drive/flash drive.

It is sold by Apple as a camera kit, and by other brands as Lightning to USB.

You can even connect some things like Ethernet dongles, WiFi, Midi devices and USB audio interfaces.
