Asus ROG laptops have a really good cooling design. It's bulky but its bulky for a reason. I have a slightly older Asus laptop but the internal design hasnt changed much, I can speak for it.

Clevo - Any

MSI - GT series

Asus - G752 series

Dell - Alienware series

 

Asus is a big no for me because of company issues. MSI and Dell are always more expensive with less features compared to Clevo.

i am thinking of buy either the asus ROG gl502vs (1700)$

i7 6700HQ

GTX 1070

16 GB RAM

256 SSD 

1 TB 

OR new alienware 15 ( 2124)$

i7 6820HK

GTX 1070 

16 GB RAM 

128 SSD 

1 TB 

AND i want to know if this price differance will get me better cooling system ?

Yes. Or you could get a P650RS and have low price, good specs and good cooling. Only reason why I would see getting the Alienware is eGPU or battery life. The GL502VS is quite hot.
