I was just wondering if y'all could share some information of your OC on your 1080s. I have never overclocked before. I just want to see what others have been getting for reference.

I have a gtx1080 ftw. Right now it's sitting pretty at the stock overclock and voltage with a slightly more aggressive fan curve.

first question is what are you getting with gpu boost 3.0 for core .

my 1080 card atm max is 2050 core and is +500 on mem dont know the overall for that . other 2 cards same version asus strix aura 1080 were all under the golden 2100 . with max voltage added and fans at 100%.

all 3 of the cards ive had in my pc have boosted to around 1920-50 to 2000 just with gpu boost 3.0 . i am running a 4k monitor so its already got some load on it  before i even bench the card at all .

i am getting a different brand card tomorrow either the same one you have or a msi/gigabyte card if they still in stock .

Yeah the card comes from the factory with an EK block on it.  I sort of wish they would include an air cooler, so re-sell value wasn't so bad.

I have done tons of testing on the EVGA 1080 FTW both on air and liquid. On air, my card was able to hit 2114MHz max and usually dropped down to around 2088MHz while gaming. After liquid cooling it, I maxed at 2126MHz and it stayed dead flat without fluctuation at 2114MHz while gaming.
