Cheap Cooler?

IS there a cheap cooler from around 5 to 10 dollars? I dont care if it is secondhand on a site (bet thats the only way to do it) as long as it is quieter than stock and has some oc headroom for my 7870k (fine if it doesnt have the headroom just need it to be much quieter)
