Okay so i've had a domain network set up for a bit, just testing things out with VM clients and one physical client. The server is also a physical machine. I just upgraded my personal machines, a laptop and a PC, from windows 10 home to pro. Now i'm trying to join them to the domain, whenever i try to log in, i get "The user profile service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded" yet the same profiles work fine of the other physical machine and VMs. The local accounts that the machines had before, my personal ones, still work fine and can be logged into. Any one have any idea what the problem is?

Are you using a Local Windows account or a Microsoft account?

I wasn't sure if this would work as it's a domain account that won't log in. Should i try the registry edit on the client or Domain Controller? If it's any help, i also tried making a new account that had never been used before, tried to log into one of the machines and got the same message.

Well the error happens because the local account doesn't match the domain account.  You cant have 2 accounts with the same name.

Personally, if it was me, I would just back up the user data and just do clean installs of the OS and join them to the domain upon install.
