M.2 stand off came off...

Hey,

 

While I was putting in the screw to mount my M.2 drive, I realised it was the wrong whole, but while screwing it off again from my motherboard, it came off with the mounting hole. What now? I don't actually need it but might it cause interference? Or can they be simply pulled out? If not, this was one cheap ass way to solder them to the board...

Can I simply leave it off? Without causing issues? Maybe that resistance from the stand off is part of the board section?

If it's not ripped anything off the board then it will be fine I would have thought.
