So I was thinking if I buy an i5 6400 for gaming, streaming and video editing and I put it with an h110m s2h will I get less performance than with z170. Or the performance will be the same but with less features? And I will put an corsair h80 I think.

Z means you can oc. Unless you plan to upgrade to a k chip, I wouldn't. For a basic build, you really needn't worry, unless you want expandibility- then you may want M.2 or other features.

ya answered you're own question :)

You will be fine on a h110 board

Also I do not recommend 120mm water coolers, so please don't get the h80 if you already didn't there much better for the price

And could you recommend a good mobo, won't be upgrading for some time, but a little expandibility would be nice.

A more expensive motherboard in some instances will also last longer as they are usually made with better components. but not always
