benq rl2455hm I need help

Hi, 

I recently i got this new beast pc but however i have a gtx 1070 with a 1080p monitor. mt friend but a 4k monitor for almost double the price but like 50 dollars less the what the double would be, anyways he said i kinda messed up cuz the  gtx 1070 runs most games 4k and i am not able to use its full potential because i have a 1080p benq rl2455hm. he has the Samsung u28e590d. so what to do? did i mess up? should i buy another one in like 3 years? i need some help and ideas pls.

You could buy another two and have a three monitor setup, if you can fit it on your desk. That is almost the same resolution as a 4K display.

whats the point of 2 monitors and i dont have space lol

if you have many monitors you can have a suround setup and play games on all three monitors. look at this video by linus:

yeah but once again i just bought this pc and i dont have all the money in the world i am in a tight spot

oh yeah i forgot obout that. But you can save up for two other monitors.

okay thx but is 4k really worth it or should i not even be bothered?

You decide if 4K is worth it, your friend has a 4K display right? Go look at it and decide for yourself!
