Last BIOS Time Over 40 Seconds.

All of my previous computers have had quick BIOS loading times, meaning the time it takes from the press of the power button to the time it takes to start loading into Windows. Windows takes somewheres around 10-15 seconds to fully boot, which is why I am confused it takes this long. My other AMD computer starts much faster too. My specs are in my signature.

Waiting for legacy hardware maybe?

 

Do you have fastboot enabled?

Fast boot is enabled, I don't know about legacy hardware though.

Go into BISO and have a look, should be an option to skip legacy hardware check... but are you running full fat UEFI or legacy+uefi?
