Could you be more specific? You're saying that when you plug in the speakers, they are a certain volume for 3 seconds, then get noticeably quieter, but the volume slider in Windows never moves?

Let's say that I am listening to a song on yt. When I plug in the speakers, I have normal volume for 3 seconds, and after that it lowers itself. I am not changing the volume manually, nor a program changing the slider. That is exactly what I'm trying to say.

I would check in your recording device options and see if the option to attenuate when speaking is checked.  Alot of laptops have this on by default.  Basically the option turns the speakrrs down when the mic picks up noise to try and avoid feedback.
