I'd get a 2tb hard drive if you plan to keep more than 4 or 5 AAA games. Apart from that, it looks good!

Budget? Purpose of build? 6700K is faster for gaming, only buy 6800k if need extra cores. Do you need AIO cooling? You can get high end air performing similar for much less. 850W is way overkill, 550W is enough.

The budget is around 3k all in all, I don't need watercooling, but I want it (:P) and 850W may be overkill atm, but I am trying to keep a lot of headroom here, I want to add an other 1080 and maybe even a custom water cooling loop later on. And also the extra wattage will mean a lower fan curve for the moment

Just saying air is better value, D-15 even outperforms H110 in many scenarios. If going to get AIO, get a proper one like the EK Predator 360. 750W is enough for two 1080s.

I would recommend the X61 cooler instead of the H100iV2. being a 280mm radiator you will get better cooling out of it compared to a 240mm radiator. and NZXT products look awesome together. but if you really like corsair I would recommend a H115i (their current version of a 280mm radiator)

You may also want to consider an EK predator AIO. its an expandable option for if you are planning to go to a custom loop. QDC's make it easy to buy some GPU blocks/radiators to include in the loop. Their pumps aren't as strong as your normal D5 or DDC standalone pumps are, but so long as you don't get carried away with a massive loop it should do fine. not that you NEED to do that either... just a suggestion =)
