CPU Upgrade for laptop

I have a Samsung R530 laptop with a intel celery amd 4GB of ram. I was eading up on possible upgrades and it looks like the CPU is a socket P chip.  found a core 2 duo T9300 and am wondering if it would work.

I have looked online and it doesnt appear to be soldired on

Its so old that it uses a socket. Core 2 era M8

laptops from that generation have removeable CPUs so you might be able to drop an a t9300 or the highest end CPU able to get from that model

Socket P is an up-gradable laptop socket but make sure what ever CPU you get it's the same TDP or lower else you'll stress your battery and cooling.
