GPU Decision for 1080p

My Options: GTX 1070 (a low end version), GTX 1060, GTX 1060 3gb, RX 480

I want to spend as little money as possible so I can buy games. I would like my GPU to run games at 1080p ultra 60fps. Which is the best choice? (In case you're wondering my total budget is $500 CAD)

My Current CPU is the Xeon E3 1231 V3 so bottlenecking of any sort won't be an issue.

Get the Gigabyte 1070 from Jet.com if you live in the US. 373 USD for a premium 1070.

EDIT: USE CODE "SHOP10" To get 10% off and a great deal

This video goes more in depth than I ever could. Don't let the name of the video fool you, he talks about the 1060 and RX 480 too.

Oops, didn't notice that detail. Maybe he could use a package forwarding service? 350USD = 461 CAD, which leaves 40CAD for a package forwarding service.

373 USD is 491 CAD with exceeds my budget after taxes.

Jet.com doesn't take taxes depending on where you ship your card. i realize now that you are Canadian, so without a package forwarding service or a friend in the USA it wont work.

What about that 1070 for 350USD (461CAD) and 40CAD for a package forwarding service. no taxes from jet.com

NCIX: XFX RX-480 GTR 8GB -- $384.98, free shipping -- http://www.ncix.com/detail/xfx-radeon-rx-480-gtr-ab-134349.htm

NCIX: ASUS GTX 1060 6GB -- $389.99, fress shipping -- http://www.ncix.com/detail/asus-geforce-gtx-1060-oc-d5-134672.htm

NCIX has a few different RX-480's and GTX 1060's in sale this week (ends tomorrow!!), but the two are probably the best ones in terms of cooling, noise, and price.

Newegg: Sapphire NITRO R9-Fury OC+ -- $409.99 with promo code: CEMCFEEH39 -- http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202186&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL100316CA&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL100316CA-_-EMC-100316 CA-Index-_-DesktopGraphicsVideoCards-_-14202186-L07B&_ga=1.213988371.581656290.1475637326

I own two Sapphire NITRO R-Fury's...one being the non-OC one, and one being the OC+ one that is linked above.

They overclock quite decently -- can go higher then the review sample R9-Fury X and R9-Fury's. More importantly, they are quiet, and don't run hot. I have never seen these GPUs go higher than ~65*C when put under synthetic benchmark stress. Performance-wise, it is quite a bit ahead of the RX-480, and edges out the GTX 1060 6GB in most scenarios.

Keep in mind though, this is the "last generation" card...but it still performs near the top of the GPU food chain!

Spoiler

For ~$400 CDN...out of the GTX 1060, RX-480, and R9-Fury....go with the R9-Fury -- especially with 1080p gaming.
