Does anyone here have experienced the sound quality of the Sennheiser HD 439?

will I still need a sound card to power this headphones?

 

I'm planning to buy this headphone to replace my crappy Razer Carcharias.. and also planning to get a modmic with it

You won't need a soundcard for it.

Sound quality should be good but I have no experience with it.
