Will it work? Yes. But you should change that to a 4x8 kit of RAM instead of a 2x16 one.

Why? because i was planing to get Cosair's Ram fan coolers so if i just got two i only have to buy one of thoes ram fans

May I ask why you want those fans? They are pretty much useless... in fact, they even hurt functionality due to clearence issues with the CPU / GPU. Finnicky mouting that's prone to slipping is also a concern. And personally, I also find them ugly (though that's subjective).
