@talbeast

So are the peripherials in the $800 budget or do you just want recommendations in general for later?

Edit: If $800 is just for the tower alone, this is a proper PC: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1QDbB

just reccomendations though I wanna start soon on the build

yone got any tips on monitors

you would want a nice 22-24" ips panel for the best color reproduction

Linus did an unboxing of this Acer monitor. Looks pretty sleak.

just learned what peripherals meant and if posible include peripherals in the 800$

If that's the case I'd save probably around 200-250 bucks for peripherials, including monitor, keyboard and mouse. That leaves us with 550-600 bucks for the tower. There you go: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1QDzq

CPU:  AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor  ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard:  MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($66.98 @ Outlet PC)
Memory:  Mushkin Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($62.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card:  Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card  ($205.66 @ Newegg)
Case:  NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($29.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply:  Corsair CX 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply  ($49.99 @ Microcenter)
Total: $585.58
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I left out Windows (~80 bucks) and didn't add a dedicated CPU cooler, since the boxed cooler is enough as long as you don't Overclock. Also the case is very rudimentary but it will suffice.

who cares...
