No sounds or lights

I'm not sure what's broken in my computer.  I got a new motherboard too. I tried to mess with my RAM and only got light and sounds feedback, maybe fans turned on aswell. I only got one screen response, but nothing after that. Now, nothing turns on. There are no sounds or lights. Have I broken my PSU by turning it on and off to many times? What do I need to replace?

Somehow fixed it by messing with the RAM

Probably didn't seat it right, or put it in the wrong slots. RAM is fickle.

Yeah, I'm not really sure what happened. I unplugged, changed, tried 4 gb and what not.
