I have been using air cooling for a couple of years and since I'm build another PC I wanted to go all out to a certain extent. I was wondering if this would be sufficient for a i7 6700k in the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Glass ATX Mid Tower Case even though they said  "are a great choice for every liquid cooling beginner and people doing small and mini ITX builds."

I am fully aware of, "you get what you pay for" and "to not cheap out on water cooling parts", but I don't think anything EK sell is of cheap quality. Thank you in advance for your opinions and help!

Sufficient?

I'd say that you get what you pay for, but you don't need that much.

NZXT Kraken or the H100i GTX will be more than enough.

No need to go this hard on cooling just your CPU, very pricy.

If you want to just go for a CPU loop and add the GPU into the loop a 360mm rad would be more than capable, as for the choice between the two kits I would recommend the P360 as it has the better D5 pump.

What is wrong with a DDC pump? Also I plan to add my video card to the loop.

It's not a bad pump just it tends to run a little hotter and louder than the D5, that unit though from the S series uses a lower cost value series of pumps they branded the SPC which has a bit less flow and pressure compared to the DDC.
