no, only one - since they are both SATA

but, you could add a PCIe one and use them both on the same adapter

and technically if i got 2 of those i could use them both and 2 gpus as well since i have 3x PCIe 4x slot and 2x PCIe 16x slot right?

the video cards use PCIe lanes from the CPU

 

the x4 slots use PCIe lanes from the chipset

good so i am getting 2 of them and lets buy the PCIe version for my brother, well unexpected 275gb of storage to my pc

 

or i think i will get those 2 and jsut remove my SSD and put it into my brothers pc... thats i think the best way
