Kindly try to start your computer in Safe mode from the Windows Recovery Environment.

Please refer to the below link to start the computer in Safe mode.

Once you have entered into the Safe mode then, open Command Prompt and enable Built in Administrator.
Follow the below steps to enable Built in Administrator:
1). Open Command Prompt from Windows Recovery Environment.
2.  Copy and paste the below command and press Enter.      net user administrator /active:yes
3.  Close the Command Prompt.
4.  Try to login though Built in Administrator and change the earlier password or you can create new user account.

hope it works.

I booted the computer in safe mode and followed the instructions, the password is still there after reboot.

If that method didn't work, then try some free windows password recovery tools.

Kon-Boot
The Kon-Boot password hacking tool has to be the easiest, and fastest, free Windows password recovery tool I've used. It's actually a password reset tool as many of these programs are, like ONTP&RE. However, Kon-boot works in an entirely different way than those other Windows password reset/deleting tools so it's an excellent alternative if they haven't worked out for you.

Ophcrack.

With Ophcrack, you don't need any access to Windows to be able to recover your lost passwords. From another computer, visit the site, download the free ISO image, burn it to a CD or flash drive, and then boot from it.

Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
Offline NT Password & Registry Editor (ONTP&RE) works differently than most password recovery programs in that it erases your Windows password instead of recovering it. You can think of it as more of a Windows password reset tool.

Uukeys windows password recovery tool.(Paid).

It allows user to create bootable reset with USB and DVD.

it all these methods don't work, then directly reinstall your system.
