PC Post Issues

So I'm making this post because my other one has 0 activity and I'm still having issues

I rebuilt my PC in a new case and it's not posting 

I know all the parts work because I used them in a different case

Ive tried clearing CMOS, all the standoffs are in, and everything is seated correctly.  8pin and 24 pin are plugged in correctly too

it still won't post.

i really don't know what to do here someone please help

I know for a fact that all the components work

all I did was rebuild the system in a different case, also I can't find you to tag you

I feel I should add because I just thought of it

 

I arranged the JFP1 connections according to the manual that came with the board

I know the case has an HDD LED and a Power LED but neither are on
