Hi there folks, this is will be my new rig for streamming, playing and work.

I follow Linus for a long time and I think everyone thinks "wich I have that or that", anyway, past many years finally I'll build my dream rig and setup to, so:

Asus RAMPAGE V EDTION 10 SKT 2011-3
Intel Core i7 6850K 3.60GHz
Avexir Blitz Series Red LED , DDR4-3000 , CL16 - 32GB Kit
Be Quiet! Silent Loop 280mm
BE QUIET PRO 11 1000W DARK POWER PRO
be quiet! Dark Base 900 - Black
Kingston HyperX Predator 480GB PCIe SSD
ASUS ROG POSEIDON GTX980 TI 6GB GDDR5 PCI-E
ASUS ROG CLAYMORE MX-BROWN LAYOUT PT
ASUS ROG SPATHA WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE

ASUS ROG PG348Q LED 34"
DXRACER RACING LED SHIELD GAMING CHAIR BLACK/RED

Hey Linus, I need some help with the pros/cons or even advices for some changes on the hardware, because the highest price it's not allways the best product for best performance.

Can anyone help me here ? I don't want to waste money and like you see, I'm trying to get some cool color on the build and use Be Quiet and Rog products :)

Btw, sorry for the bad english :P

Best regards,

Scala

Is 480GB really gonna suffice? You might want to look for an additional hard drive as well.

And as said above, GTX1080 would be much better option for that build.

I would go with the Samsung 950 PRO over the Kingston.

You don't need the 6850K cpu. I would change it to the 6800K.

Also no need for 1000W. A good 750W would still be fine for SLI.

Motherboard is expensive. You could easily get something cheaper.

Hi there, I choosed the kingston because it's PCiE and if I choose the Samsun I think it need to be at a vertical position.

I've changed the CPU and the PSU to :)

The motherboard, it's the mother of the mothers xD I'll keep it eheh

Thanks

I should have asked what European country you were in so I could adjust it to your country but I chose France (because I knew they adopted the Euro). I didn't find an ASUS 1080 that was water cooled so you may want to either buy a water block for the GPU or choose another GPU that has a pre-installed water block. Anyways, I hope you like the build -- http://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/GtLQd6
