Photoshop CS6's scale/size

Hi, I installed Adobe Photoshop CS6 on my PC, but because it's so small I have to force my eyes in order to read or to find icons. Is there a way to change the program's size/scale alone?

There's a scaling options in Windows itself (in Control Panel > Hardware and Sounds > Display/monitor (I don't know what the setting is actually called).

Putting that higher might increase the size of the tools. Otherwise it's just about learning where what tools are. I don't know if there are any Photoshop UI plugins though, but maybe you can look into that.
