We changed my brothers GPU from GTX 560 to GTX 560 Ti.

I did not reinstall the drivers nor did anything just removed 560 and plugged in the 560 Ti.

I believe it should be fine but I just wanna make sure and get 2nd opinion.

Thank you!

You should go the manufactures website and make sure you have latest drivers. That is always a good idea to check, even if you don't need them

It has the latest drivers with GTX 560 before we changed it to GTX 560 Ti. :)

I'd still do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the GPU's drivers. Even if they're the same manufacturer and architecture, it's still a different card with a different BIOS and different clockspeeds. Uninstalling and reinstalling prevents any issues that could arise.

Use DDU, free driver uninstaller. Download it, unizip it, reboot the machine into Safe Mode, run the uninstaller, reboot again, download the latest drivers from NVIDIA's site, install, and you're away.
