Not really. If you're serious about being hyper-competitive, just use a KB/M.

 

Jokes aside. I like the Scuf controller but it didn't really increase my performance in FPS. I find it too easy to click the paddles on the 360/One version.

 

I would recommend getting the OEM controller unless you're going for the looks of it.
