Windows 10 sharing problem

Hello i have a sharing problem between my pc and my 2 pc. both of them run win10 fresh copies. but i can't access a think on my main pc but i can access everything on the 2pc only with the firewall off , also i have  the computers in the same workgroup. thank you

I think yer problem is accessing files on the first computer?
I can't really understand what yer problem is.

it was on both but after closing the firewall on the second it worked only for the second

I think its a Windows 10 problem. i had the same problem.

I haven't had a problem with this on any of the Win 10 computers I've been working with so far. Are you sure that you're entering in the network location correctly?

 

Have you touched any of the services or anything?

Have you set up the correct permissions so that the second computer can access the shared folder?

no i havent only the firewall is closed .

Make sure that your network isn't set to public.

Turn on file and printer sharing for your network type in the Advanced sharing settings.

 

I have found that it makes things easier if both computers have Admin accounts WITH PASSWORDS that you use to authenticate to them when file sharing. This should eliminate most permission issues.
