If something does not work on 2 different devices, its probably either broken or garbage.

Return it and get another or a different one.

 

Like honestly I cant see a "user fault" here. I just owned one Bluetooth adapter ever but I bought it in 2003 when I was 13 years old and even there I got it to work w/o problems on my own pretty much immediately... so yea.

At the most try with your AV disabled, but if that does not do it, return it.

100% agreed. On one PC, it might be that PC's settings. On 2, it's something with the device. I guess to venture the device is failing to properly installed drivers, which means something is wrong with the hardware/firmware  on the device. Return it and get a new one.

 

What model is this BT?
