There are Black Friday and Black Monday sales (at least in the US), but there are also just random sales. Some good places to look out for sales are this forum's Hot Deals sub and I think there are Sub Reddits for it too. Overall just keeping an eye out on PC store websites is smart too.

They're on sale all the time, especially on cyber Monday and black Friday

The price drop isn't always the best on holidays, but it's a reliable time. If you want the most discounts, just keep watching the websites.

order 1-5 is what I want the most,
