need help finding a cheep case with some specifications

i need help finding a cheep case under 70$ (80$ if there isn't one that is 70$ with the specifications i want)

 

i want a case that can fit an ATX mother board and fit a cooler master hyper 212 evo

that is any combination of blue, purple or black

it comes with 1 outtake and 1 intake fans (2 intake if possible)

has a bottem mounted PSU spot

can fit a 10.63"(270mm) GPU

 

i know that might be a lot to ask for but i am struggling to find it myself and i don't want to have to change my part list i already have set up

Cooler Master Masterbox 5.. You'll have to add fans though to get your wanted amount of fans.

I had the step up in the Pro 5. 

 

It's basically the same case minus a few things which you can buy from Coolermaster directly off their website. So later on you can add to that case and start with the cheap one, but work up to the more expensive models.

 

Although I don't know how the handles would work, The Mastercase Pro 5 has 2 handles, the Masterbox doesnt. Although I'm sure it could be added with some rivets and a little time.
