New setup

Hi guys, im planning on Getting a new: Motherboard and CPU.

I have already decided i wish to have Nzxt's HH40's Case and with for the Mothorboard to fit in it. (Obviously)

My budget for the two is £240, I play Csgo And many other games so i wish for it to be good for that.

I was thinking of:

ok.... let me see what i can do. are there any specific vendors you want to shop from???

Its 425 CAD which is roughly 250 pounds. Way better processor and mobo plus free thermal paste
