I want to build a Gaming PC around $750

1. Budget & Location

My budget goes to $750 maximum and I live in India. I will buy all the parts online through Amazon

2. Aim

This will be a gaming pc to run games like gta 5, watch dogs, witcher 3, far cry 4 etc to run at 60+ fps on medium setting and a playable fps on ultra hiigh settings at 1080p

3. Monitors

I will require only one monitor

4. Peripherals

The components that I have chosen are :

Processor - i3 6100
Motherboard - MSI H110M Gaming LGA 1151 Intel H110 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Graphic Card - GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE GV-N1060D5-6GD
HDD- Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003 1TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
SDD - ADATA Premier SP600 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
PSU - SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze EVO Edition 520W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS 12V v2.91 SLI 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Full Modular Active
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200)

If anyone could help in telling is this system good? Also I might upgrade the processor in future to an i7. Also mention some other components which are cheaper and better than these. Thanks!

That should be a pretty good build :) I'd suggest trying to up it to an i5-6500 or 6400 jsut for the quad core, it should help in a few of those games. Use PCPartPicker to make your list as well, it's a wonderful site.

MSI GE72 Apache Pro-242 - (5700HQ : 970M : 16gb RAM : 17.3" : Win10 : 1TB HDD : Razer Anansi : Some mouse) - hooked up to a 34UM58-P (WFHD) in dual screen

iPad Air 2 (for school)

iPhone 6

Xbox One Forza 6 Limited Edition Blue

You don't need that much memory, go for 8 gigs and spend that money somewhere else on your PC that needs it more like I don't know maybe a case you seem to be missing.

And like the other guy said if possible try to go with at least an I5-6500

No. Please not 64 GB of SSD. Will not be enough. Windows will take almost more than half of the space and leave you with techinically nothing

Good PSU choice. Check CX Corsair could be cheaper and similar quality too

Other than that looks nice. 16GB might be too much too

Okay so I will go for 8 gb of ram (2 x 4gb). Might shift to i5 6500 from i3 6100. Also for the ssd , i want to keep the build cheaper as ssd are a bit expensive and the ssd will only be used for os, the hdd will be for all multimedia storage. Also is having a ssd necessary? Please reply. Thanks!

for 50k u can get this easily .....

1)CPU - i5 6402p 13-14k

2)Motherboard - h110 motherboard that supports ddr4 ram 4-5k

3)Ram - 8gb ddr4 2133mhz .. 2.5k-3k .... single stick as motherboard will have 2 ram slots so you can upgrade ram in future if you want to.

4)Graphics card - amd rx 470 or gtx 1060 3gb 17-18k { if you can extend your budget a bit about 5k get gtx 1060 6GB that will be lot better 21-23k}

5)hard drive - wd blue 1 tb 7200rpm 3.5k

6)ssd - zotac ssd 120gb 2.5k

7)psu - good quality and brand power supply 450w about 3-4k

8)Case - anything u like under 3k

Total - 50,000 Rupees if you went with rx 470 4gb or gtx 1060 3gb

AND 55,000 if you buy gtx 1060 6gb

If you live in Delhi then go to nehru place and if you live in Mumbai then go to lamington road ..... there u can get great deals.

Is there much difference between the gtx 1060 3gb and 6gb? Like much fps change and performance?

Is 3gb of vram on gtx 1060 3gb enough? I won't play games above 1080p and also the 1060 3gb is cheaper by  $110

check shops in your area which sell pc parts.... unless buy from

mdcomputers.in

or

primeabgb.com

about 10-15% difference.... if you don't want to upgrade gpu in like 3 year then buy 6GB ..... if you will upgrade then 3GB version will fine for 1080p
