The GTX 1060 would be enough for 1080p 60FPS gaming.

1080p 144Hz gaming is always a viable choice but that means you'll need to invest more money on the CPU since the i5 6600K will bottleneck the GTX 1070 in a wide variety of games (if you're prepared to argue against this point, bring me solid evidence that it doesn't).

The H80i is not a good buy when it gets outperformed by cheaper + quieter air coolers that have less points of failure. If you're going for 1080p 144Hz with a GTX 1070, I'd probably ditch the H80i and get the i7 6700K with a cheap air cooler if possible.

I'd also get the more durable 850 EVO over the 750 EVO if you can afford to spend a bit more.
