Seems like a drive failure to me. You'll need to get a new HDD.

Dont rush into it.  The original download might be corrupt.   Try redoing download and checking with reinstall first.

If you have a separate download somewhere already, try doing a Repair Windows first.

I've tried reinstalling and I've tried a second download but neither are working ?
