Windows broken

Downloaded Windows from Microsoft and after installing completely and it restarting I get a blue screen with an error saying Windows needs to restart I get an error of 0xc00021a

I have reinstalled it and it is still happening

Seems like a drive failure to me. You'll need to get a new HDD.

Dont rush into it.  The original download might be corrupt.   Try redoing download and checking with reinstall first.

If you have a separate download somewhere already, try doing a Repair Windows first.

I've tried reinstalling and I've tried a second download but neither are working ?

Then something is wrong with your Disk Drive.

You do have all the right BIOS settings for the drive type ?   AHCI, etc, etc, etc ?

Can you start it ok in SAFE MODE ?

I can't get into safe mode at all there is no option

Try "Method 3" from this using the Install Disk/USB
