Hi i have a CM k380 case and I'm planning on getting a MSI gtx 970 gaming g4, after installing the graphics card will I still be able to install a side fan?

Check the width of your chassi, compare it to your mobo's height and add width of the GTX 970.

See how much room is left.

I looked at the mobo and it looks like the height is around 10mm.

The k380's width is said to be 209 mm according to cm k380's page.

And the msi gtx 970's width is 140mm.

So that leaves me with 59mm left? Am I missing something to measure?

Just checked it myself, make sure it's the INSIDE's measure. I think 209mm mig be the overall width, measure it yourself to be 100% sure.

ok.. from trying to measure the insides with a ruler, i got the width of my case of around 155 mm, that means I only have 5 mm left after installing the card?.. I believe most of the fans are wider than 5 mm right?
