Phanteks TC14PE comes in a solid white hue, and should be able to handle a hefty overclock. Also, it's $65 on Newegg right now after MIR.

Like the title states, I'm currently working on an all white build for a friend of mine.

He has a 5930k that we know can overclock to 4.8 at 1.3v, but he wouldn't mind backing down the overclock to have a white air cooler be capable of cooling it.

The budget is $200 US.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
